Sent my phone in A1 condition I have…

Sent my phone in A1 condition I have photos time and location stamped upon placing in the packaging no marks or scratches on the phone phone arrived 3 days later damaged large scratches a dint in the screen I asked for proof the packing arrived in good condition the evidence was refused to be sent to me
facts are phone left in perfect condition I took photos to protect myself my evidence was dismissed a £800 repair bill was created 3 weeks later my phone came back not repaired in a worst state then I sent it in Samsung wont support im not going to have to raise a Ombudsman case and take legal advise

do not sent your phone to this repair centre look at all the horror stories well documented online im not the first and wont be the last absolute Criminals

The service is poor to say the least make sure to take photos of your devise to protect yourself

Great customer service

Great customer service. I was guided through the entire process and provided with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. They even arranged for my phone to be collected from my workplace, which was incredibly convenient.

Just a few days later, the device was repaired and returned to me in perfect condition.

Fast and efficient repair

Fast and efficient repair. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from picking up my device and returning it to me. Prices are shown on website so you know how much your repair will probably cost. Start to finish was 5 days. I would use them again

Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost . They Had my phone for over a week to now say they cant replace the screen protector because its a scratch on the oled screen and quoted £390 odd 🤣🤣 samsung is currently investigating this scam they pulling of .

But hear me out ,the screen scratch is on the oled screen but NOT ON THE SCREEN PROTECTOR make that make sense guys . Don't let them scam you , im currently taking this through small claims court

My Samsung flip 6 has a black dot on the screen near the left side hinge. I sent the mobile to Samsung repair. I got it within a week and it works better now. Much appreciated.

WORST company 'ever' to deal with

WORST company 'ever' to deal with. They are basically Samsung's 3rd Party mobile phone repair company who blackmail and extort money from you using any excuse to avoid covering In-Warranty repairs. Shocking !!!

The only complaint I have is that I put my invoice for the goods in the box they sent with my item and charging case. To then get a call asking for proof of purchase. I then had to email the same invoice because they couldn't find it.
