Mike has been excellent throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for work or bosses looking to employ staff.

I have spoken to quite a few recruiters in my career and this has been my best experience, resulting in the job offer for the role of CAD Engineer.

After the initial phone conversation, Mike at TMS arranged a zoom call to discuss the role and suitability prior to forwarding my application to the company, which was very informative, personal and refreshingly honest. Mike was very knowledgeable about the role and what engineering background was needed, as well as personal qualities to fit the company. Offered some helpful feedback on my CV too. Also it was obvious that finding a truly lasting match was a mutual interest.

I received a phone call out of the blue from Mike at TMS Search who had found my profile on LinkedIn and thought my experience fitted a vacancy he had available with a company called Gall Thomson.
I must admit I hadn't heard of either TMS or Gall Thomson but Mike briefly explained the JD and asked to arrange a meeting local to me for a more detailed review and discussion about the position.
We met at a convenient venue for me which already in an instant told me that Mike was willing to go that extra mile as such as almost every other interview I have had has meant in some circumstances that I have had to travel a considerable distance to the interview.
Mike was very knowledgeable about the detail of the position on offer which was refreshing so after a thorough and in depth overview it was decided and agreed that I would attend a face to face interview with the client.
