I’ve been working with TikTology for over 2 months now across two of my brands, and the experience has been solid overall. Before starting, we were struggling to get consistent traction on TikTok and weren’t really sure how to scale what was working.

Their team helped us dial in our content strategy and test creatives more systematically. It wasn’t instant, but after a few weeks we started seeing momentum. Right now one brand is doing around $25k/month and the other is closer to $50k/month, which is a big jump from where we were.

There’s definitely still room to grow, but I’ve been happy with the direction things are going and how hands-on they’ve been throughout the process. If you’re trying to figure out TikTok and need some structure, they’re worth considering.

Amazing onboarding process, very smooth and exciting!

One of their reps reached out to me and said they were interested in putting our brand on Tik Tok. I had been researching TIK for a new product we are launching for our consumable brand so made an appointment for a zoom. They were a no show. Emailed them no response and no explanation. Waited about 20 minutes before giving up.

TikTology are true TikTok experts. From creating our account, to posting videos, to creating our TikTok shop, to converting our first clients everything was so smooth and well done. Super happy about our partnership.
