Good tech support but lousy customer service
Great product for syncing outlook folders and Karl in tech support is great about responding... however, Igor in customer service is a money grubber. We accidentally purchased a new subscription in place of renewing the one we already had. We went a full two years paying for two subscriptions which renewed within 4 days of one another. This year when we caught the second charge on our credit card we contacted Customer Service asking for a refund of just one year of the second subscription, and Igor flatly refused. He cancelled one but would not refund us even though we contacted him within two days of their automatically pulling funds for the renewal. Igor is singlehandedly driving customers away and could use a refresher course in customer service.
