It really is so easy to set up a Raisin account and then the savings plan of your choice. At the end of the term my initial funds and interest were returned within 2 working days, pretty good I'd say.

I wish I had found Raisin sooner
I wish I had found Raisin sooner, working with this platform is a no-brainer! Just one lot of screening paperwork (legal/financial/ID etc.) and then moving between funds or setting up new ones is done in a flash. Really impressed with the availability and range of products, competitive interest rates and FCSC protections. I have found products that I would never have looked at before.

Where's my cash?
I have made three withdrawals on easy access accounts. None has been fulfilled yet by Raisin, the first of which is now 8 days overdue.
Aside from the lost interest, I'm now getting concerned. I have sent email enquiries, which remain unanswered.

To clarify, when a withdrawal is requested from an Easy Access account, the funds are first returned to your Raisin UK Transaction Account. They are not transferred directly to your nominated bank account. You’ve mentioned that you contacted us by email. Please note that, for security reasons, account-specific queries can only be answered when they originate form registered email address. If you have not yet received a response, we recommend sending us a secure message from within your Raisin UK Account or contacting us by phone, so our Customer Service team can review the status of your withdrawals and assist you without further delay.
