I was sold pro smile at a wedding fayre. When I informed them I wanted my teeth whitened for my wedding in August 2025. They said the early you start the better. I purchased the set and was excited to start. When my kit arrived I saw results instantly and was very excited. You’re informed to use the kit for two weeks and then a use a top up every 4 months. After the two weeks and I stopped using the whiteness dulled instantly. I was so disappointed that there was absolutely no lasting results what’s so ever. I had followed the instructions to a t and didn’t understand what went wrong. I was due to have a consultation with the dentist but due to my job as a teacher the time offered was not convenient. A follow up was arranged and last minute the dentist changed the time and I did not see this email. I was told I would be emailed tips and a new whitening gels but these never arrived. Although the initial care of the team was great I haven’t heard anything since. I can’t say the whitening gels don’t work at all because they do with great results, I was just expecting lasting results and didnt receive these. My gels also expire In March 2024 so won’t even last until my wedding day which was the reason I had purchased in the first place. I have tried again since but again after the two week period there is no lasting effects. I just feel like I am paying a lot of money to get no results.

Great whitening kit for all types of sensitive teeth. I have tried different products before but only Weareprosmile whitening products really stand out. Worth money to pay because 💯% it really works well.

First time using teeth whitening and thrilled with the results! The impressions were really easy to take and the mouth trays fitted perfectly. I used the night time gels. My teeth were a little sensitive to start with but this was soon sorted by using the desensitisation gel.
I can see a massive difference after one course and would highly recommend.

I have sensitive teeth and plaque which when I’ve friend teeth whitening products before hurt or just bring out the plaque and I find it embarrassing.

I tried the overnight teeth whitening kit which included custom teeth guards so the product can develop overnight.

They were a little uncomfortable at first and my teeth did become very sensitive in the morning but the kit provided a de sensitising toothpaste which I then used before bed in an evening and when I woke up as well as my normal toothpaste and it eased it.

My results after a week were great never mind after 2 weeks. I’m so impressed with ProSmile. I’ll be using it again before my holidays and 100% before my wedding!

I have been using the whitening kit for just under a week now and am unfortunately experiencing unpleasant tenderness in my teeth. I was concerned and contacted ProSmile. They came back to me in under an hour and were very helpful. They scheduled a call with myself and the owner which I found very helpful and positive! We have now created a new plan for me to ensure I do not feel this pain going forwards and although it may take me slightly longer to achieve the end goal I am confident that they will get me there and provide as much support and help on my journey.
