I had ordered some toothpaste which had been out of stock everywhere for months. A glitch on the website showed it was in stock and allowed an order to be placed.
Hannah contacted me to let me know the website issue and that she had managed to track down a few tubes for me which arrived a few days later.

Quite possibly the best customer service experience from any company I’ve ever used. You can tell they genuinely care and nothing is too much trouble. Amazing company with amazing products. Would recommend to anyone.

Me and my dad both tried pro smile out and I must say I was surprised at how easy it was and the success of the product, I’ve tried a few other whitening treatments from other brands and wasn’t overly impressed but this will be one I continue to recommend and use

This is such a fantastic company, I was hesitant to start the process but after seeing so many friends go though with it I wanted to see for myself, they really put me at ease and speak to you in a way that’s relatable making me feel confident in my decision to choose them. Having had a painful tooth whitening experience previously and disappointing results with over the counter products, I purchased from Pro Smile hoping that they might put the smile back on my face! They certainly did just that....

The online consultation was straightforward and my gels arrived quickly.

The treatment didn't feel harsh (I opted for the overnight whitening and desensitising gel but only used the latter once) and the results were swift. Within three nights my teeth were noticeably whiter and a week in, I'm very happy with the shade.

Fantastic company, Sebastian is lovely and very helpful. Service is 10 out of 10 for me. My teeth are taking a little while to get as light as I would like but I am still seeing great progress.
