ABSOLUTEL SCAM COMPANY. Avoid. They over charged and illegally took money from my account. I sent emails right away telling them to cancel and refund. But they just kept sending generic emails back. Item turned up completely nothing like the advert. All broken and rubbish. Avoid

Absolute scammers wish I’d read reviews on here first! Ordered start of January paid almost £30 for 2 little fishing men sculptors for Xmas gifts nothing and the same pointless emails from them every time I ask to be refunded! This company need to be legally reported if possible!

Envelope arrived with nothing but a thank you piece of paper in asked customer service to replace and having being backwards and forwards with emails they state I must have it as no sticker on saying broken package. Painful customer service would never use again

Would give zero star if possible. Misleading and false advertising of a product, namely the eyebrow stamp, in the video it shows them stamping a forearm and what's left behind is hair effect strokes, they they run this under the tap and rub it to say it's waterproof.
The product is no such thing it's a stamp, it doesn't give any hair effect like shown, and run it under a tap it looks like you been down a coalmine, definitely not waterproof, scam of a company, every time I write a comment on the page it gets removed

So annoyed I fell for the advert!
The jumpsuit I bought, which took months to arrive, is absolutely nothing like the stretchy comfortable item they advertise!
It’s a cheap fabric with absolutely no stretch and, because I’ve got a long torso, I can’t even get the straps up and over my shoulders.
I’ve emailed several times to complain. They do not address the issue, they just waffle on in their responses and say it would cost me more to return to China than my refund would be.
They have offered £3.50 compensation and I have to ask, why would they do this if they thought there was nothing wrong with their product! They definitely know it’s not what is advertised!
Do yourself a favour, do not fall for their adverts because you’ll regret it if you do.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. It seems there are multiple websites selling the same thing via Facebook ads which is a women’s jumpsuit, all under different names. I think the name of the PayPal used was Beastrirtyyuy Co.,Ltd.

The website shows a stretch jersey oversize jumpsuit and there are multiple reviews including many photos with this same fabric and style. I paid what I thought was meant to be £21 for a jumpsuit but when I checked my PayPal it had charged £24 which I found strange.

The order took over a month to arrive. All the while I was getting very shady emails from 24hservice.vip updating me about my parcel that was allegedly shipping from USA (although clearly this is not the case).
The jumpsuit arrived and was completely different to photos online. The fabric is very thin and static and quality is extremely poor, with no stretch or give. The size fitted but the shape looked so awkward on and it was clearly not as advertised.

I contacted 24hservice.vip as advised in the parcel note if any problems. They asked for photos of my order which I sent and they stated there was no issue. I explained the fact the product clearly does not match the photos and I wanted to return it. They offered me £2 and to keep the item! I refused continuing to ask for a refund and the conversation kept going round in circles as they stated it was expensive for me to ship.

I ended up filing a claim through PayPal and eventually they sent me a return address and I received a full refund. It did cost me about £10 to return but I did not want this awful company keeping any of my money.

Wish I could leave 0 stars, scam company, do not make any purchases from them! Ordered a jumpsuit and what arrived was absolutely nothing like advertised, the quality was embarrassing. Tried to return and got told A) shipping is more expensive than the item and I would be responsible for paying it or B) they’ll offer me £3 compensation, not even 1/4 of what I paid for the jumpsuit.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Annoyed that I fell for this. I should have checked here first for reviews. Transaction processed at the beginning of January, regular tracking updates, emails with offers and new stock... then, item "arrived" at a sorting depot almost a month later in the UK after being "shipped" from USA and all of a sudden - nothing. No updates, no emails, any correspondence I sent bounced back as undeliverable, and no order arrived. So many of these reviews have said they don't even want to give one star! The only reason I'm giving a star is they managed to dupe me, too. Grateful for Trustpilot and I will definitely check here first before making any online purchases. But in the meantime, I'm also going to explore what legal actions can be taken against this lot and others like them...

The jumsuit is nothing like it was shown it has no stretch at all, as advertised and the straps dont go over shoulders
A definite scam

Unfortunately I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. Ordered goods on 10th Jan, paying £23.99 and have received numerous 'shipping updates' indicating the items were coming from the USA. Last update was on 7th Feb saying goods were in Cardiff UK, since when I've heard and received nothing. On looking further at the shipping & logistics info, it appears this is a Chinese company. Having experienced several appalling ripoffs from Chinese companies in the past, and having vowed to never again buy anything from China, they are clearly using a US address to trick buyers into thinking they are a legitimate company. They are not. Save your money and energy.

Don’t even want to give one star! Scam website. Placed an order on 14 Jan 23 - now 20th feb and nothing. I feel daft for falling for it! Thankfully I used PayPal and was able to get a refund!

I ordered from this company over 5 weeks ago for the jumpsuit. Tracking details provided from USA. As soon as I saw this I guessed I had been scammed. Feel such a fool. Luckily it wasnt that much money. I would warn people to never buy anything from a Facebook website.

Scam company.
Ordered on the 7th January, it's now the 7th February and no sign of the jumpsuit.
I requested a refund, which they've ignored, and they've provided a pathetic lie as to why they can't provide a tracking number.
Not even worth one star.

Scam business! Similar to others. Ordered a jumpsuit that was not as advertised but when I tried to return it they would not provide a returns address and eventually just stopped replying to my emails. Payment looks to have gone through a consulting business “Beastrirty” which is already known for fraud. Beware!

Jump suit arrived and didn't fit (also had no stretch as advertised). Have been emailing back and forth asking for an address to send it back to but they are only offering a small amount in compensation.
Never buying anything seen on Facebook advertising again.
Fell for this scam.

This is a scam company! They send false shipping details saying the item is coming from America and then it arrives from Ipswich. They then refuse to provide a return address and send the most patronising emails saying ‘we are sorry for your dissatisfaction. We want to help…’ but it goes around in circles. I’m so upset with myself for getting caught out by them! Lesson learnt.

Item ordered and I received a tracking number which showed item being sent from the USA to the UK. Took over 4 weeks. Now showing a postcode for a residential street 200 miles away, awaiting delivery. I contacted the company, they gave me another tracking number showing the item was still in China.
