I thought the lamp shade was going to…
I thought the lamp shade was going to be the right size but sadly despite everything else being advertised and was as I wanted, I got the size wrong.
The return was perfect, no fuss and a refund forth coming. It makes all the difference when you know obstacles will not be in place when you just want a refund. thanks team at Prime Furniture.

Extremely helpful customer service
Mark was so helpful in setting me up with the right rug for my office. I was unsure about the sizing, and he was extremely prompt in his replies & attentive to my request. It really made a difference to the buying process - very different from other online furniture companies I've dealt with in the past. A real family feel. Good shopping experience
Ordered a beautiful throw rug. The item was shipped quickly and when I wasn't home for delivery and it was a bit stuck in transit, they were very helpful in getting it delivered to a time frame in which I'd be at home.
