I have to say that I am utterly disappointed. Ordered my 9800x3d on Paradigit as they claimed they have it in stock and order will be shipped on 13th of November. On 13th I have emailed them and they said they have no stock and it`ll be shipped on 20th of November, however today they said it'll be 25th of November... I am supposed to start my home office on the 11th, Kept dragging it out as I didn't want to buy a different CPU since 9800 was launching. They sell stock they don't have its ridiculous

If you consider buying off Paradigits, expect your order to take 3-4 weeks. I ordered a few parts for my pc 2 weeks ago and still they havent shipped my items out yet. They are missing a case and said that it will arrive on 07/10/2024 but it still hasnt arrived to their warehouse. They will not refund until their shipment has arrived to their warehouse. They shouldnt have the item in stock if their warehouse takes 3-4 weeks to receive the item

Well i ordered a rtx 3060 a Ryzen 5 5600x and a mag forge a120 pc case the 3060 and the r5 5600x came fine but the case wasn't included although it said in the slip it was

not receiving both the product and the refund
I bought a CPU from Paradigit Ireland, with an expected delivery time of 4-5 working days. I later found out that it’s a Dutch company and the package is being shipped from the Netherlands. It has now been 2 weeks, and the package is still with DHL in the Netherlands.
When I contacted Paradigit, they informed me that they are having issues with shipping and are waiting to resolve them with DHL before the package can be returned to their warehouse. I requested a refund, but they refused to issue it until they receive the package back.
Now, I’m left waiting without the product and without a refund. It seems they lack proper supply chain management and don’t respect their customers. I’m concerned that I won’t receive my money back.
Built 100% and delivery was very quick
I have been looking to buy a new PC for a long time, I found this website but was hesitant to buy from them because of the reviews, I took the risk with a lot of money and bought a custom built pc from the build your own section. The PC was built to every spec I needed absolutely perfectly. I ordered last Monday, 7 days ago and they said the delivery was expected to be arriving on Thursday which is in 3 days but the delivery was surprisingly super fast and arrived today instead, although they didn't install the OS, I had to get my usb drive, all of it turned out perfectly and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to buy electronics.

Ordered a laptop with 4-5 days delivery date, 4 weeks later and three calls to a very unhelpful customer service desk and still no sign of it. All I was told was "we are expecting delivery". After 4 weeks I requested a refund and was then told it would be in "our warehouse in Dublin the next day" I received a dispatch email and when I looked at the track and trace it has been in a distribution centre for three days in the Netherlands. Very disappointed and won't return any custom to them.

Great Customer service
Ordered a monitor from Paradigit, which subsequently was lost by DHL. Contacted customer service and once they followed up with DHL (which took quite some time, but I assume this was on DHLs side and not the store) they decided to offer me either a refund or a new monitor, of which I chose the latter. It was shipped out the same day, and included their optional buyer guarantee for piece of mind. This is a great shop for prices and very helpful customer service. Will most definitely be my first stop for any PC related products!
Absolute scam artists
Paradigit are absolute scam artists. I had to send back a damaged monitor and they blamed me for the damage. I need to find a way to get my money back and I will. After already spent €2500 having just discovered them this year I will never buy anything from them again because they can’t be trusted.

Faulty CPU
Bought a CPU from them. Sent me a faulty one. Which is fine, it happens sometimes, however they denied my return request and refuse to respond to my emails. So I'm left 300 euro in the hole plus a further 150 euro repair.

The costumer service representative Nicola (if this is her actual name) was so unhelpful and when I told her to transfer a manager (which I know it’s an option, since I was already talking with a manager earlier on) she refused, I asked why numerous times, answers were this: he’s not available at the moment, he’s refusing to talk with you, I’m refusing to transfer him etc etc. she couldn’t even get a straight answer to me. Couldn’t answer any of my questions, just kept repeating “my options” how is this costumer service when you can’t answer a simple question? I have ordered a huge order on the 14th of December. Do you think it has arrived? Nope.. 2nd of January and there’s no update on it whatsoever.
So Nicola was so high and mighty she thought she will get away with everything, and just kept refusing to get me a manager (which just so you’re aware, I had a question about my order, she had to put me on hold to ask for the manager what’s the answer) so I told her I know the manager is there is he refusing to take the call? Yes she said. 2 minutes later she said she’s refusing to transfer the phone. Earlier she was saying he’s not available on the phone at all. I told her it’s not true since I was talking with him. Then she corrected herself that he’s not available at the moment. She kept lying to me but unfortunately she doesn’t know how to do it… kept making different excuses, at least stick to one of them and don’t like so obviously.
Terrible costumer service, if you don’t want drama then you should avoid this company and it’s costumer service “help line” at all cost. And I’m sure this wouldn’t be the first complaint about her seeing how she couldn’t be less interested in my original problem…

Awful experience -I ordered a laptop and printer for Christmas presents - and took the funds; then they cancelled the order with no notification. I emailed to check the order status, but I am still waiting for a reply.
After three days, I called them, and they said they thought the order was from outside of Ireland (Irish delivery/billing address and payment method) - the money is not back with me, and I have minimal time to buy new Santa / Christmas gifts - with out the money.
They just said it is unfortunate.
