Didn't know we needed a coach for sleep!…
Didn't know that we needed a coach for sleeping... When I came across his profile I had a particularly difficult time in life and my sleep patterns went for a toss... I struggled with it for a while, falling asleep was challenging and Manohar was always prompt in responding and knowledgeable to answer and resolve my issues and am back to sleeping like a baby.... I realised when sleep suffers everything else in life suffers.... Sleep is the foundation for all other areas of our life....Prioritise Sleep like Manohar advocates and you'll be happy you did. I was curious to know about handwriting analysis when Manohar posted that he is going to start doing it. As per his request, I sent him a handwritten copy of a short paragraph. He gave me a beautiful analysis. Almost everything he said was very close to what I think is true in my case.
