I would give ZERO if I could. Their customer service is terrible, they reply late and only once. They can't speak proper English and don't pay attention to what you are saying. They also don't state when something isn't in stock on their site. I got my wig weeks after I needed it, when I emailed them asking where it is, they said the wig I wanted wasn't in stock but they will send it soon. I said don't bother, please just refund me as I don't want it now. They didn't respond to that but then sent a dispatched email. I responded again saying I told them not to send it. The wig arrived, I didn't open it at all. When I emailed them to tell them to refund me first before I sent it back because I am trustworthy and they are not, they sent me a copy of the exact same email they sent me weeks back stating when the wig will be sent? Even though that's not even what I said or asked for or needed. I have sent the wig back and they are now telling me I need to pay extra shipment for them to refund me? They should be stopped and never to be in the retail trade ever again. Disgusting. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I wish I saw these reviews before I bought off them.

THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR QUALITY WIGS. I DID RECEIVE MY WIG AND IT LOOKED LIKE ROAD KILL. I WOULDN'T LET MY GRANDMA WEAR THIS CRAP TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH. NO LUCK WITH RETURNS !!! NOW MY CAT HAVE SOMETHING TO LAY ON.

I really wanted to give a 0 but I like some ordered first and saw reviews afterwards. Everyone has experienced the same and so have I. This is ridiculous sad how they are falsely advertising this crap. We are trying to support people by buying their products which according to the pictures on the sites are beautiful. But once the wigs come its nothing like what I paid for. But God is going to wipe out them totally. Gods raft will come upon them like nothing before, watch and see. I'm a praying women and I know what goes around comes around. God is my Shepherd........

If you feel you got scammed then everyone needs to contact their bank, credit card company or the company that you used to make the purchase as you should be able to get your money back due to fraud protection. I was going to buy some from here but glad I found the reviews. Thank you all

unsure what the problem is my bf ordered me 4 wigs and i never recieved them when i go to tracking number it says in transit thats been over 8 weeks

I ordered 2 wigs for my mom April 12 and still waiting . My daughter have ordered before from this company and get back in a week . It said 7-10 days . Wow . I will not order again ever .

Normally, I check out reviews before making purchases on a new website, but for some reason this time I didn't!! Paid 3 to 7 day express shipping for a wig on May 7, and still have not received my purchase and from the looks of it I probably won't!! Never again!!

Still have not received my purchase. For sure this was a scam!!! Never will I trust a website I'm not familiar with!! I take full responsibility of me not doing my research!!

Looked outside and saw a package at my door thinking to myself "what is this?, I hadn't ordered anything here lately"opened it up and there it was the wig I paid for back in May!! Still I would never ever EVER order from this site AGAIN!! The wig looks nothing like the pic on their website looks like a tree bush....threw the $h!t in my closet!!!! Thanks for reading!

BEWARE LUNA WIGS IS A FRAUD! I received the wigs one month later and returned them mmediately. I never opened the package after reading the reviews. A week later after receiving the wigs. I RECEIVE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FROM COLUMBIA.COM.

I believe Luna Wigs committed fraud on my credit card by using my credit card # to purchase $200.worth of items. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT IMMEDIATELY!

I don't believe they even get a 1 star!!! This place is a scam thats for sure I ordered a month ago and paid for fast shipping and I still haven't received my order!! Wow. Am I ever glad I read the reviews before I submitted my order. I wonder why their company has not been shut down. If they can't deliver what they claim then they ought to shut their own selves down. Has anyone got in touch with the Better Business regarding this company?

Scam, Scam, Scam! They are using actual hairstylists pictures to promote thier costume wigs. They are stealing these pictures and using them to attract the African american woman to buy, then send them anything. A costume wig that's not worth the packaging its sent in. They do this so that they fulfilled the order on thier end. Then to send it back to them for a return cost more than what you initially paid so they keep your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ASIAN SITES. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME. THEY ARE DIFFERENT NAMES OPERATING FROM THE SAME FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The cheap prices are the red flag!!!!

Do not use this site to buy wigs it's a scam I believe I ordered a wig over 25 days ago and I still have not received my wig theirsno phone number to call to talk to a person which should have been my red flag the tracking number they gave was not valid unable to track anything on it there order # bjif186203 wig #016 is the wig I ordered we should be getting in touch with better business bureau on these scam artists I work hard for my money and I don't like how I have been scammed this why people don't shop on line

Please do not order any wigs from this site! I ordered my wig in Feb it came late April. It was not what I order! They should be a shame to send this mess out! I threw it in the trash a hot moving mess! No one should have to lose money by a scam! I will stick to my places. I know. They advertise people pictures you know and cute wigs that are with a unbelievable price that is how they get you. Please do not be fooled by this company Those wigs were made in a basement with no quality of a wig maker. Don’t Do It! Save your self!

Really wanted a wig for my birthday this year my best friend sent Me some money to order some I stumbled upon this website via Facebook. I ordered on april 30 2020 was super excited seen reviews on Facebook and youtube so i was sure i made a good choice it is now may 11th 2020 no confirmation email as to when my things would ship i google the validity of the website and im so mad !!! I think Facebook should also be held accountable for false advertisement and scamming people out of money !!!

Don't order Luna wigs they are not a real company. They are fake as the Easter Bunny. You order one thing they send you something else. Trying to get my money back. False advertising, CROOKS, don't trust the reviews within their website they are fake. Only trust the reviews on trustpilot.com the phone number is fake the address is fake, the product is fake. I really hope the better business bureau gets win of this. But guess what, they don't handle international crimes so I've contacted the international police I was told that it takes 15 days before I can get a response
Everyone that has been scammed by these foreigners should contact the international police that's what they're for You have to not let these people victimize you. Just go to international complaints and go from there. Good Luck we have to try, they're taking advantage of AMERICAN

Lunawigs is a Scam they don't send you to wigs that you order. These aren't Lace Wigs they are just taking your money. They send your items from China and these are not the right wigs. I don't know what kind of material it is. All I know that it is made with some kind of plastic. Please Scam Alert! Don't spend your money on LunaWigs! They don't even refund your money.

i ordered the wigs and still not received. Emailed and still no answer! They need to be sued and jailed!
