We are very pleased with the service and quality of our recent installation of windows. The installers were professional, friendly and helpful answering any questions that we had during the installation. They also ensured every where was clean and tidy on leaving each day.
GREAT JOB would highly recommend.

Exceptionally good service.
Andy and his team were incredible. They fitted the 8 windows into the old Victorian house.
It was a horrendous job but Andy cleared away each evening and I am over the moon with the completed job.
My heart sank at first as I could see it was not going to be a straight forward job. But Andy filled me with confidence and the end result is amazing.
I definitely recomend Klic and the price was very competitive.

Fitter turned up on time cleaned up constantly left everything looking good. The product looks nice and is all working well

From the start KLIC are an amazing company. Special shout out to Sol who sold us the package. He was really helpful and made the whole process really easy to understand with great knowledge. The communication with the company was 5 star and always rang to let us know when and where they were. Can’t fault the fitters either they done an amazing job. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. KLIC were very professional throughout. Windows were installed in two days and the fitters were very friendly and efficient.They explained what they were doing during the whole process and tidied up after them.

All of the team were extremely helpful and communicated well with us. The replacement of our bay window in a period property wasn’t going to be an easy job but KLIC did a great job. From enquiry to sign off they were very efficiently. The fitters were a polite trustworthy team who ensured the job was finished to a high standard.

A team is only as strong as its weakest link. The KLIC team are exceptional. There are no weak links. From the project's start to completion all members of the KLIC team provided a service that was highly professional, knowledgeable and commendable for their dedication. Highly recommend.

The windows were fitted in 3 days as advised. The work was done in a professional manner by two friendly fitters.
We were highly delighted with the windows. The look, the quality and the overall performance we were very happy with and would recommend this company who have provided a good quality product and back up service and 10 year guarantee.
There were a couple of minor things which were addressed promptly and remedied to our satisfaction.
Unfortunately there was some sort of spillage on our patio slabs which will not shift Klic came out and tried and will look at it after the winter when it is possible that the frost may lift the stain.
So with that pending I have given the 4 stars. Without that I would have given 5

The engineer arrived promptly and was courteous throughout the fitting. There was a slight problem with the decorative facia which he effectively solved without any further issue. The door looks amazing...thank you.

Had Klic come round to quote for some windows & doors. The initial appointment went okay & we agreed a price. It was the first quote I had & to keep the discounted ‘offer’ I must have made a decision then and there. I agreed. (didn’t know what windows & doors cost so was unaware) after multiple quotes I realised that Klic was the highest quote by £1000’s. I called up the office to tell them about me wanting to cancel on 3 occasions and was told each time the manager would call. Never called. I would have been open to hear if they had a better offer but no one bothered to call back. In the end I told the office not to bother about getting the manager to call & just to send my refund back. I’m so glad that I shopped around as in the end I got better rated windows for over £2,000 cheaper & also ended giving the company extra work for my kitchen as the gave me a good price first time round. I don’t think Klic is a bad company but there are definitely things to improve on from my experience.

From the day we had Sol come round to quote us to today when our windows finished being fitted, the experience has been amazing! Ricky who came to do the survey was great and explained everything. Andy the final fitter who was excellent answered any questions and took his time to make sure they were fitted properly. Noticed the heat staying in more already! Thank you to everyone for a fantastic service.
