Klic has just completed the replacement of Windows, Doors, Gutters, Facias and arranged for some external painting for our block of 10 apartments. the service has been great right from the start. great team to work with, product is great and everyone is happy with how the project has gone.

Just had my windows and doors fitted by KLIC. The entire process was quick and painless. Once the price was agreed, the surveyor visited a week later and the windows were ready to fit after 5 weeks.
The fitter Andy arrived and completed the fitting over 2 days. I was very impressed with the finish inside and out and I am very satisfied with the product. Andy did a Sterling job and cleaned up after himself. My dog was so impressed that she even hugged him before he left lol. The office staff kept me updated regularly and were very polite and professionsl
The only negative I have is the sales pitch. Way too long, I don't need the play acting. Calling the boss for specisl discounts etc and starting off at a ridiculous price that I was willing to end the process there and then. Just be honest no one begrudges you making a profit if the price is right we will buy the product.

awful, pushy sales reps have been canvassing in my neighborhood. My elderly parents were subjected to 2 different reps in person in the space of a couple of hours and then a phone was passed to them with a third rep pushing for a sale. My parents repeated politely refused but 'no' would not be taken for an answer

I recently had four windows and a patio door installed. I am really pleased with the work carried out, everyone was helpful throughout the whole process. The insulation date was earlier than expected, the team were very friendly, helpful and worked in a very tidy manner.

My experience with KLIC has been excellent from start to finish. Everyone that has been part of the process from sales to survey and to fitting has been professional, friendly and helpful. The quality of the windows and fitting is excellent. I am very happy with the service KLIC has provided and fully recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Made contact with this company after seeing that they were part of a window scrappage scheme. They booked a quotation within 48 hrs of me contacting them. Agent turned up on time and appeared very knowledgeable about the products and what was suitable for my property. However after an hour of his sales pitch I was bored. He contacted his boss 3 times during the appointment to get the total price reduced. For 4 windows and a door I found the price far too high. Rep was very keen to get me to sign contract but after an hour I had had enough. I asked for the quote to be sent to my email address and I would make a decision within 72 hours. I never received that email. Just found the whole experience intense and pushy. Old style selling and more about them making money. There was no real figure given as to how much reduction there was for the scrappage of old windows. Would not touch this company with a barge pole.

I had a full set of windows and porch fitted this week. Absolutely outstanding work from both Ben and Dave who completed the job promptly and to an exceptional standard. I was home on my own throughout and they made me feel comfortable, were friendly without being intrusive, and always courteous and polite. Needless to say, I would recommend this company without any hesitation; thank you!

Young lad came to my home today to quote. I wanted 12 windows and 3 doors. He's not even four weeks on the job so I had questions he couldn't answer due to inexperience. He should have had someone else with him in my view as while he was fine enough in himself he didn't know enough to be out alone yet.

Before we'd even started he was talking about an 'ambassadors discount' if we put a sign outside, telling me it is a good area, which it is. Only later did I see the con had been set up early.

Once he measured up and started doing the numbers he came in with £39k regular price. This was kindly held for 12 months or £27k though the exclusive ambassadors program but I had to say yes today. Which I wasn't going to do as I'm not silly. He then got on the phone to his 'manager' and suddenly the quote is down to 17k, again pushing for an agreement today. Another phone calls later and the quote can be held for a week so I can think on it, and 'what is the price she wants' was said. It's just a scam. I worry what this tactic would fool someone more vulnerable or trusting. I just wanted the lad out of my house at this point. Utter waste of time as I won't do business with companies like this.

I've since gotten two more quotes with no pointless games or fake deals and they are both unsurprisingly more in the range of the 17k 'manager special lies' Klic tried to pull. It is just a load of snake oil salesmanship.

I had a new front door fitted by KLIC Home Ltd

Very friendly and communicative on the day. Good communication throughout the process and quick to install new front door.

Thoroughly happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone

Salesman was manipulative, using every trick in the book to try to sell. I am worried about more vulnerable they may approach. I was offered a quote valid for 12 months, when this was not immediately accepted an offer of 50% of this was made after "calling his manager" if agreed on the day. This gives no trust in the overall pricing structure and the value of the service offered.

They were really polite and have done a good job

From my first enquiry these guys have been brilliant, they tweaked the design so that it was exactly what I wanted. The two guys who installed the doors and windows could not have been better, they worked efficiently and were friendly too. They made sure that we knew how to work the child locks and were always checking to make sure we were happy with the work. Definitely give these people a call!
