We wasn't planning new windows but one of the KLIC team caught me at home when door knocking to offer quotes. Two of the team came back later that evening and were with us 7pm-10:30pm. They talked us through the products and measured up and gave us a quote that we were able to negotiate so after some deliberation we made the decision to pay a deposit.

Shortly after a surveyor came out and measured up again properly, he ran through the colour choices with me in more detail and made changes where needed to suit building regs re openings which the sales team had missed. He took his time measuring and confirming the whole order with me in detail.

Approx 11 weeks later (date was our choice due to our schedules), two fitters Donna and Dan came and spent 1 whole day fitting us 7 new windows and a front door.

They were efficient and friendly, and got on with the job well. The windows and door all look really great. We were waiting for scaffolding to be installed for 2 days but it never turned up but the fitters were able to work without it. We were expecting the install to take 2 days but they got it done by working a long first day and didn't need to come back.

I called the office to make the payment but they wanted paying by transfer instead, whilst on the phone I let them know that one of our windows seemed to be missing a safety catch and they said they would order a replacement and send someone out to fit which we are waiting for but there is no rush from our end.

Overall pleased with the service and happy with how they look. It is hot at the moment but looking forward to hopefully seeing them make a difference this winter.

I was impressed when the sales rep brought a demo window to actually see what you are investing in and with the quality of the product you will be getting.
The fitters Steve and Blake arrived on time, friendly guys, tidy workers cleaning up each room after installing and respectful of the property. Their attention to detail has given a fantastic end result. I couldn’t be happier (think I might have said this already?!)
All involved are a credit to KLIC and I am more than happy I chose this company and would highly recommend.

Cannot fault all the people that worked on our conservatory roof. We had an issue with leaks before the works were complete but they dealt with it promptly and we are extremely happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend to others

The windows were quickly made and fitted with a very happy household on the end result. The windows were great quality and the installation was fantastic the fitters were neat and tidy clearing up during and after fitting with care taken on the property. The window fitter was brilliant, did the job quickly and efficiently and tidied up each day. He always remembered to keep the side gate shut so our dog didn't get out. Couldn't fault him or the surveyor who checked the windows beforehand.
