Chris and Natalie provided a fantastic level of service from start to finish on the bridging loan for a residential property purchase through our limited company. Always easy to get through to and speak on the phone and also very responsive on emails. Chris was also able to fight to protect our interest rate, which was also very much appreciated in the current climate. Natalie and Rosalie were extremely helpful in our process of buying our home. They went above and beyond to assist with things, when it wasn't even in their job to do. They made sure to reach out to our solictor if we didnt hear back from them ourselves. They got onto our mortgage company with corrections and stayed on hold for ages to make sure things were sorted. I highly recommend them and in the future, we will definitely use them again! Thank you for all your help ladies!

Having known Joe Eden for a few years now, i didnt hesitate to contact him when i needed to get a mortgage. Shortly after my initial message to him, i was contacted and given a full break down of rates, figures and what to expect - in a very easy to understand way. Shortly after this conversation Joe went on paternity leave as he welcomed his little one. I was left in the very capable hands of Rosie & Natalie who kept me updated at all times and also chased solcitors when needed as well.

Completion happened 10 days ago and since then, theyve been in contact asking how im getting on, hows the decorating etc and are very interested to know how im setlling in.
