Extremely disappointing experience with Fidlock order and support
I ordered a product from Fidlock in late December and paid immediately. The delivery was to Poland, and the address was correct, but there was a typo in my email address, so I never received any purchase confirmation. I contacted support right away but received no reply for several days (understandable due to holidays).
The delivery never actually took place. I was at home during the scheduled attempts, but DHL marked me as “not at home” twice, and no courier ever arrived or left any notification. I provided corrected contact information and explicitly confirmed that delivery should be retried.
I tried to resolve the situation calmly, contacting Fidlock multiple times, but they eventually stopped responding. More than one month has passed since the date of purchase, and I have received neither the product nor a refund, nor any explanation of what happened.
I am extremely disappointed with both Fidlock’s customer support and the delivery process. I have been a fan of Fidlock products for years, but this experience has completely changed my perception.
This review is to warn other customers, especially in Europe, about the poor communication and unresolved delivery issues.
