Total scam. I ordered a jersey, that never shipped. No contact number on website, just a fake email. When you click the link included in order email to view the status, it’s a broken link. Do not order from here!!!!

If the option was zero stars, that’s what I would choose. Ordered 2 jerseys and they are terrible. They look nothing like what is advertised. It’s all embroidered and it just looks awful, the letters are connected and it’s crooked! I reached out and all they keep telling me is they are “high quality” and all I want is a refund. Don’t make my mistake.

Fake company. I ordered a 9ers jersey. Never received an invoice, confirmation, or communication. I tried to access the account, but the link was broken. I had to cancel my credit card because of these red flags. Currently disputing charges from a random no name company from China. Avoid the headache and pay the extra amount from a reputable company.

Ordered a week ago. Supposed to have it yesterday according when I placed the order. Website tracking shows the label created but USPS hasn't received the package yet. No other communication from Fan Gear Nation.

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a jersey from them and they sent me an empty envelope with the wrong address on it! The order took several weeks and was only sent after I inquired about it because it was taking so long. The envelope I got wasn't even big enough for a jersey to fit into it. Luckily I was tracking the order so when it sent to the post office and was going to be returned because of an incorrect address, I sent up to the office and was able to get it before it was returned. I took pictures of the envelope before and after opening to prove it was flat and empty. I contacted the company and they basically accused me of lying. I filed a report with USPS like they asked me to and provided them with the reference number. They accused me of lying about that. I had the post office worker wright up a letter stating what happened and that she witnessed me opening the empty package, and that wasn't good enough either! When talking with a USPS agent, they said that this is a common scam they see all the time where they send an empty envelope to a wrong address. Then I filed with my credit card company and the BBB. The BBB marked it as "The seller addressed the complaint but the customer is still dissatisfied". The whole thing in ridiculous! I couldn't even return the item because there was nothing to return! They are a complete and total scam- and they are very good at it so I can only assume they do it all the time. At this time I am still waiting on the credit card dispute for the charges. It makes me sad that they will continue to get away with this unless people speak up.

I ordered a Nikola Jokić jersey the night they won the championship. It took a month to receive it ordered June 12th arrived July 14th. They reached out to confirm my size is 2x. Which I told them yes I'm 2x, that's what I ordered from the get go. Well when I received the jersey it was a medium with 2x written on it. I almost tore it trying it on. It was skin tight. If it were 2x it would have been really loose fitting. I can squeeze into XL and it's semi loose. But too tight for comfort. I didn't return it because I was just disappointed, and I didnt want to bother with shipping it back. It was my first Nuggets jersey ever. My teams first championship win ever. I'm going to see if it fits my nephew instead. Long story short be very careful with sizing. I'm 6'3 240 I wear 2x on all tees and jerseys. Maybe I should have ordered the 4x or 5x. They are not an officially licensed company they sell knock offs made in China. Lesson learned.

Fake jerseys that are not true to size at all. Save your time and money and don’t order from this website.

After the Nuggets won their first championship, I naturally had to add a new jersey to my repertoire. After finding a good deal on Fan Gear Nation, I placed my order and started waiting. After about two weeks, I finally got a notification that my order had been shipped and was sent tracking info. The shipping company was one I had never heard of and whose website looked sketchy, so I started to worry a bit that I had been scammed. When I checked TrustPilot, I read that others claimed to have been scammed, but I decided I was going to wait it out for a bit to find out for myself. During that time period, I imagined my jersey being ridden on horseback across the Himalayas, then sailed on a handmade outrigger across the Pacific. It was entertaining to say the least. And sure enough, after another two weeks of waiting and incomprehensible tracking updates, my Nikola Jokic jersey arrived in the size and style I had ordered! The tags were still on and the quality of the jersey is very good - clearly not a knock-off. Could the service have been better? Sure. But with a little patience and hope that it wasn't too good to be true, I got my newest edition to my collection.

The merchandise comes from China. My order has been "in transit" for 18 days. I ordered it as a birthday gift and the birthday has come and gone. You can't contact the company except through email and they don't give you any date by which you can expect the item ordered. Do not order from this company!

What went wrong how about EVERYTHING. I should have read the review.
It is not authentic it is made over seas. My 2XL which arrived when compared to my other legit MLB jerseys was WAY TO SMALL. After MULTIPLE emails of sending pics, why, because pic their was something they did not like and requested another pic. I ordered this in May of 2023, it is now mid July and my replacement shirt is maybe another 2 weeks away, err my "FAKE" shirt. DON"T BUY FROM THEM PERIOD !!!!

I ordered a Damian Lillard jersey. The first red flag was it took 1 week to get a confirmation email. About 10 days later, the jersey showed up in the mail, and it is clearly fake. The tracking number provided is a Chinese logistics company, but it was repackaged and came to my home from Diamond Bar, CA. This website should be shut down.

Update: I reached out to customer service through their support email, and I eventually got in touch with someone who offered to refund my order if I sent them the jersey (to a residential address in Virginia). He seemed to believe I got a one-off defective product from "the factory" (the factory should be Nike, which doesn't sell defective products).

At the end of the day, I increased from 2 stars to 3. My jersey was a quality product with applique characters and mostly quality material. If you're a collector, I'd stay away, but if you're a casual fan that wants a decent jersey that looks like the players', this is not a bad option.

This company is fake if you order and pay you will lost your money,dont do it

Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered a Jokik a Jersey thinking it would be here In no more than two weeks….fast forward over two weeks and my order is “still being processed” As previous reviews mention customer service is less than a joke! The only way to get in touch with the company is through an email. The single response I received was zero help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a jersey on May 26, 2023, it is currently June 19th and I have yet to receive it. Purchased two jerseys for a game scheduled for June 2nd. Very disappointed with how long it’s taking to ship my items plus not being able to request a refund.

Literally sent jersey that was completely different from what was ordered and then told us that all sales were final-- they didn't even pretend to follow their own website's return policy. Customer rude to the point of bullying.

This company is a scam. My 10 year old saved money for a year to get a Derrick Henry jersey. This company says they are family owned with great customer service but that is not true. They have no phone number or address and the email they provide on your order confirmation is not valid. This is a company operating overseas with marketing suggesting they are family owned, American business. They are a scam. Our credit card company will be handling charges for items never delivered.

I would not recommend FanGearNation to anyone. Their customer service is not good at all. You will get your fake orders months after you order it.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a women’s XL jersey and received a youth jersey three times over several months. Asked for refund and was given a litany of requirements for return. Poor service with morons working at the customer service center.
