After five or ten minutes of holding music, got through to Chelsea who was most helpful and gave me all the info I needed and I am now switching also my broadband (from Plusnet) to you. Five out of five to Chelsea.
Telephone line not working
I reported the fault via email and Maddison responded within in an hour via my mobile phone, confirming that there was a problem at the exchange and that it would be rectified within a few days - which it was.

Overpayment
I had a very positive conversation with Liana yesterday. She has a very good telephone manner, understood the problem very quickly and knew what to do to put it right. She has organised this but I wait to see if the problem has been solved.
Quick and efficient service
Quick and efficient service. We had lost one of our landlines. Shortly after calling her, I went down into our village to see if any Openreach person had been working locally and accidentally cut us off. I saw an approaching Openreach vehicle and I waved at him, whereupon he said my name and that he had already received the call from Expert Telecom. The problem was then soon traced and resolved (with an apology, as he had actually displaced one of our wires on an earlier delving into the rats' nest of wires in a water-logged inspection pit.) The date below is today's date as I can't remember the date of the incident. The issue is that I have to wait until I can use someone else's computer to do a Trustpilot review, as it won't run on my old version of Windows.

We were having problems with our phone line. I spoke to Chelsea who was very helpful and understanding, she explained that she would contact openreach and find out what was happening. She even phoned back the following day to make sure everything was ok. I'm very impressed with this level of help. It is great nowadays to actually speak to someone who cares, when in this kind of situation.
My phone fault was sorted within 24hrs
