I cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period because I felt the initial phone call from Expert Telecom had been a it of a whirlwind, and I didn’t get the chance to think it through.
Everyone I spoke to was very polite, and Liana’s email was also polite.

Ryan was really helpful in upgrading my broadband service. Very proactive and phoned to update me on two occasions. Excellent Service.

As regards my recent call which was answered by Tamzin, it was a real pleasure to speak with her. She was very polite and dealt with my enquiry easily thus putting my mind at rest concerning certain entries on a recent invoice which had mystified me. This was a good experience.

Ryan was very helpful in the first instance but said he would need to contact the engineers. I heard nothing and rang again. He said he would contact me.

I was so so worried when I got a for cast of my bill as I knew I hadn’t made a premium call turned out it was a billing scam. And Tanzin got it sorted so relived

When a problem arose - and this was only once it was sorted out promptly by Lianna.

Almost every time I use the telephone land line the internet drops out.

The internet goes through frequent but irregular periods of going off line for a couple of minutes or so, then coming back on for about five minute then dropping out again, perhaps five or six times in half an hour. Other than those two things it works fine.

From original conversation on switching from sky/Bt to telecom none of its promises and price came true feeled conned
