I received the most helpful response to a problem relating to my phone line and broadband contracts. Ryan very swiftly corrected the problem and has restored my faith in Expert Telecom and its products. Thank you so much for a breath of fresh air. You have saved me a lot of work and expense. And it is still only Monday morning!

Sophie was sympathetic to my father in law’s circumstances and was able to reduce his bill for him

All the operators I've had dealing with have been very helpful and understanding of my lack of proficiency with phone's, land and mobil lines. Also its pleasure to speak with them in language I as an 84 year old can understand

"Liana" was very helpfull and explained that I was overcharged £12 on my annual payment. It had been passed to bank but she assured me that if I advised your organisation once payment had been made,that a credit would be passed.

I was very pleased with the support you kindly gave me regarding my land line phone connection problem.

Very helpful, and understood how important telephone and Internet are to older people.

Excellent customer service, always happy to help with queries and advice. I contacted customer support recently and Liana answered my email almost immediately. She resolved my issue quickly, politely and efficiently.

So far so good with some glitches. Ellie was able to fix a couple of problem areas.
I am still waiting for broadband connectivity to go live.
