Helpful friendly guys that seemed to know what they were talking about, and explained things clearly. One thing that really stood out was how polite and smart they were.

Very pleasant to talk to, gave me the information I needed, came back later in day after I had compared information about prices.

They offered me a "deal" that cost more than I was already paying. Shame that their marketing is through pushy door to door service. The guys clearly haven't got a clue what's what, as they should at least give me cheaper options, not just straight to some 💩 deal from British gas. I guess company that pays more have their tariffs pushed through You first.

The Representative was very polite and respectful. He explained everything clearly and concisely. Therefore I am happy take his advice and change my Energy Supplier.

The 2 young ladies that came and helped me switch my energy were very helpful and informative.
Now ill be saving around 60 pound a month on my energy

Dishonest sales rep! He made it seem like he was directly from British Gas, when in reality it was a third-party company. He had all the British Gas merchandise and kept saying “we are British Gas,” but the email I received later showed that wasn’t true at all. This happened at the Morrisons superstore.
I ended up speaking directly with British Gas myself, got £50 off as a new customer, and cut out the middleman entirely!
