Would not recommend - delivery & communication bad
I’ve purchased a product on 8th December, and it’s 27th and still not delivered.
As there was no confirmation of my order, I have ordered again, and I haven’t received any info on my second order either.
I’ve emailed 2 times customer service and got an email back very late confirming that my first order has been shipped and that it’ll be with me soon. Not sure what soon is.
No idea when I will receive the products and how long will it take to receive a refund for the additional product.
Service is seriously lacking
Service is seriously lacking. Ordered on the 24th October,after 2 weeks nothing,emailed, got reply short of staff. Waited 1 1/2 more weeks , emailed again. The reply was out of stock. With a new delivery expected within a few days. Waited a week, nothing. Emailed again, got told stock had not arrived, would I have an alternative. Tried calling. Got a robot. Finally arrived 20th December.
Still took nearly 8 weeks to deliver, rather than 2-5 days. Will not be using this company again and I would not recommend them.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I will never buy from this company again. Gift ordered for Christmas on 4th December. Still has not arrived on 28th December. Had to buy another gift. Have had two responses to emails saying the order was dispatched both giving different dispatch dates. No reply to my complaint at all nor any offer of refund. Atrocious customer service.

Scammers. Ordered something at end of November but after two weeks nothing turned up. No replies to my emails. PayPal refunded me but it’s now six weeks after I ordered and still no reply from them
Waiting 4 weeks for my order.
Ordered two decaffeinated coffee sets on 27th November for Christmas presents.Having not heard or received anything after two weeks,i emailed to try and find out what had happened to my order.I didn’t get a reply,so i called a few days later.I was told my situation would be passed onto the relevant department and I would receive either a call or email to inform me as to what was happening regarding my order.I eventually received an email telling me there was a backlog of orders at there warehouse and my order would be sent shortly.I eventually received my order on 23rd December,just two days before Christmas.Serious lack of communication on there part.Shouldn’t have to chase my order up after waiting so long.To say it was cutting it fine is an understatement!!!!

Didn’t receive my order, no contact
29th Dec - Didn’t receive my order. No contact from Coffee Box. Have emailed and no response. Has been 2 weeks since ordering, but wish I’d looked on here first as doesn’t look like I’m going to get my order!! Filing a dispute through PayPal to hopefully get my money back..
Update 17th Jan - no cup and no refund, PayPal closed the case in my favour today. Open a case with PayPal now if you’re in doubt!!
No Christmas presents this year
Ordered on the 15th of December, still haven’t received my package.
I have sent 3 emails without reply.
I am very disappointed to not receive these items before Christmas as they were gifts for my family.
Rubbish communication
Rubbish communication, waited over a month for my parcel and still waiting, no one answers emails and goodluck trying to find a phone number. Will not be using this site ever again! Will I ever get a refund??

It's not the companies fault at the delay with the products, these things happen at this time of year. Their products are just WONDERFUL I did not expect them to be as beautiful as they are, the packaging is outstanding and I am extremely pleased with the products. Over the moon!

Literally the single most incompetent dysfunctional and dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Utterly impossible to get a refund from them after a purchase (one year ago) for which they did not have goods in stock for, then or since. Have had maybe ten promises of a refund over a period of 9 months (!) but it never appears and not kidding myself - it never will. If you are foolish enough to buy from them can I suggest Paypal and do not allow your 180 day window to pass if you have not received the goods. But to be frank you would do a lot better to shop elsewhere, or even just to throw your money away, save all the stress of dealing with these crooks. Zero Stars if I could.

Massive scammers! They don’t contact you, they don’t update you on shipping because they don’t actually ship your items and they don’t offer a refund! They are very dodging and they make you pay by bank transfer! My bank is taking this as fraud so definitely do not buy with them!! I wish I tried to read the reviews before I trusted them with my money!
No product and no contact
Same experience as many others. Order placed, money paid, no subsequent contact despite multiple emails. Beware. Appreciate they may be struggling with staffing but POST SOMETHING ON YOUR WEBSITE TO THAT EFFECT, otherwise the assumption must be that you have my money and I have nothing in return.
