This weekend I decided to switch my repeat prescription to Coda as they're local to me in Eastbourne. The setup was simple and the changeover was seamless.
But what happened next was amazing. I'd been struggling with what I thought was an ear infection for nearly two weeks. I couldn't get through to my GP without filling out hundreds of questions online, only to be given an appointment at a time when I was working, leaving me no choice but to cancel.
I noticed you could book a video consultation with one of their pharmacists, so I gave it a try. I was able to get an appointment straight away this morning at a time that suited me.
Colin was nothing short of perfect. He explained that I actually had sinusitis, immediately prescribed me a steroid nasal spray, and was polite, friendly and reassuring throughout. What more could you ask for?
I highly recommend Coda Pharmacy and can't thank them enough 💜

Fast delivery. Sensible packaging!
Since moving from P2U to Coda as my nominated pharmacy I couldn’t be happier!
Medications arrive quickly and are sensibly packaged (unlike P2U!!!). The app is simple to use, with no annoying adverts!
I have medications that I take every month that my doctor won’t put on repeat (even though they always approve requests), it would be great if Coda could offer this service, as I’m still stuck with P2U for those.

Dishonest
Prescription from doctor showing as filled but not received and no communication to say it has. Rang and was lied to each time that they had only just received it that day and would ensure it would be filled and sent .
Still waiting so now will have the hassle of calling doctors to see if I can have that prescription cancelled and another written. Would not use again and recommend that nobody does. Think they just want paying users not NHS.

Hi Michelle, Sorry to hear about your experience. I have been investigating this, from our records i can see your prescription arrived at the pharmacy on the Wednesday and the pharmacy posted out your prescription on Friday by our tracked 24 hour next day delivery. We do recommend customers order 7-10 days in advance, this allows the GP surgery time and also for Royal mail to deliver. Many thanks. Colin

No need to queue as being disabled. Its great me meds get delivered. Get a massage of royal mail let you know when meds will be delivered.

Absolutely brilliant service !
Absolutely brilliant service !! Had been with the large high street pharmacy but was waiting 7days plus on direct prescriptions and even customer services were horrendous. Swapped to Coda and WOW , could not belive how easy and fast it was to put them as my preferred pharmacy with my GP’s and I received my medication within 3 days !!! Absolutely brilliant and have recommended them already !!!

Quick and easy Service
Fast and easy to use APP with service delivery to door.
If there is a need to call to discuss a Repeat Prescription the phone call is answered quickly and politely and the issue is resolved ASAP.
