2xl tee is more like a Small. Poor quality T-shirt. Zero customer service response. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SCAM T-SHIRT COMPANY.!!!

My shirt arrived with a hole on the side. I emailed their customer service twice with a photo of the unworn, damaged shirt within the 30 days (as per their policy). No response yet. I tried to reach them on instagram for assistance and they blocked my account. Very frustrated.

I was charged twice and there is no way to contact other than email. Now after reading reviews I don't want the one shirt, now I'm paying twice.

Shirt sizes run extremely small, colors are not at all what they appear online, and I've been shipped the wrong fit twice (women's vs men's). Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Found them via Facebook ads. Their shirts looked really cute so I took a chance. Big mistake! They sent me the wrong shirt (not what I had ordered) and don’t respond to emails. I tried calling their 800 number and no one answers, only a recording directing you to the same email address they don’t respond to. I’m cutting my losses, which is probably exactly what they want.

I wish that I would have researched this company before I decided to buy. Their return policy is ridiculous, the shirts fit very small, and the quality of printing/material is average at best. 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping back to their facility in CA?? Never again. I'd rate this experience zero stars if I could.

If I could give zero I would. Every step of the way was negative. The order was placed for a Christmas tshirt on 12-11-2024 it was intended for or before Christmas. It arrived well after Christmas. I asked for a prepaid label to return it since it was of no use to me after Xmas. They ignored my emails and do not take phone calls no matter what time of day you call. I had to pay the shipping back along with a whopping restocking fee. This company will not care about you nor fixing their errors or owning up to their . I tried explaining this to the one agent who responded only bc I spoke of disputing to my cc company and hoping I could reason with him but nothing came out of that. What a shame that owners care more about some extra dollars instead of a poor review.

These Tees are small and horrible quality. They were shipped all smushed together and when I wanted to return there was a 20% restocking fee, plus I have to pay for shipping plus it states if they get lost in the mail they aren't responsible? This is horrible customer service...no one does business like this anymore. Don't order these shirts. Worst quality for the price I have seen.

What a horrible place to do business with. Nasty and rude customer service, extremely slow shipping, don't ship when they say they will, never answer their phones because they know it's "another complaint" for their sloppy customer service. Blames USPS for their errors, and then tells the customer to deal with it. I just called American Express and told them not to pay these jerks. Quick and easy solution. If you have issues with this slop-shop, write a negative review and tell your credit card company not to pay them. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Still waiting for tshirts. When I track my pkg the pkg has travelled all over the US& stuck in Montana. Company does not answer phone. I emailed I got a response that I cld get refund thru site but not
possible. These were xmas gifts.
I think this is a scam

I ordered 3 t-shirts and all were way too small (as you can see from other reviews, their sizing chart is not accurate). To exchange for the correct size I had to pay for return shipping and then order the new ones with a 12% restocking fee for each t-shirt. Also, they make you pay for shipping to receive the new exchanged items. Paying postage each way plus a restocking fee cost me approximately $10.00 to exchange each $23 t-shirt.

BUYER BEWARE, their return policy is PREDATORY at best.

Purchased a shirt, realized I could get an even cooler looking one for cheaper on another site; so put in a cancellation email within literally minutes of my order. I didn’t hear back from the company for nearly 48 hours (and my experience with small, random companies like this is if you don’t receive a confirmation of a cancellation within 24ish hours, they “conveniently” go ahead & send the item). So, after I didn’t hear anything from the company, I emailed them a second time letting them know that if I didn’t hear from them soon, I would need to go ahead & dispute the charge on my card. I finally heard back about an hour and a half later. In the response, the representative of Chummy Tees messages me, “Your impatience & threats are not welcome with us. Don’t ever shop with us again.”
👀 How incredibly unprofessional & rude. Letting them know I would need to create a dispute over the charge was a simple fact, not a threat. Any logical-minded person would understand that. I had already not planned to shop with them again; but wow. Then, 2 days later, I got an email saying that my package was being shipped. 🤦🏻‍♀️ At this point, I informed them that the purchase would be disputed on my card. They returned a partial-refund (not the full amount); so my dispute is still open. What a mess! I do NOT recommend shopping with this unprofessional, rude business. I love supporting small businesses when they are timely, organized, & professional; but this one is clearly not. I wish I had read the poor reviews on this company before I ordered. I learned that lesson!

Terrible quality t-shirts. They look so much better on their website. I will never buy anything from here ever again!

Ordered 3 t’s. All started to fall apart after 1st washing. Loose threads and unraveled hems on sleeves and bottom. Contacted Chummy tees and sent them pics of all unraveled hems, they replied that it must have been due to the way I washed them 🙄 Do not buy from them!

The sizing says Slim fit, but they're actually one size smaller than any other T-shirt that you order on the entire planet. If you want to exchange the item, you have to pay for shipping to them for each shirt that you purchased back and an approximate additional $2.50 for each shirt that you "exchange". They're jerks! Don't order for them. Customer service says you follow the rules And they don't compromise because I emailed them. If you didn't order the correct size that's your problem basically. BUT the sizes that they advise, like what a woman's medium is 8/10 is not an 8/10! It's an 8.

I love these t-shirts🩷 my first order was years ago and my favorite one went home with my granddaughter..so I needed to get another one..
I looked to see if they were still around and found them online..I ordered two different colors ..I think they run true to size ..should have gotten an xs but small works too..I got an email after ordering, then one when shipped..came within 1 week..love the comfort and soft cotton..I almost did not order because of bad reviews but took a chance it’s just a t-shirt..It seems most problems were when returns were made and contact problems from the other reviews …I haven’t ever had a problem both times I have ordered..I really like the printing on the shirt too..after wearing I think the material may be a little different but I like how it feels so far…Would reorder again and hopefully no problems if I needed to place a return or exchange..

Buyer Beware-

I paid for the shirt titled "Data Whisperer". Immediately following the paypal button, it automatically went through never giving me the opportunity to update my shipping information.

Over the course of 5 days- I called the number on the website (which only tells you to email them) and emailed a total of 5 times to get a response requesting they send it to the correct address.

Finally- I received an email saying it was shipped to the incorrect address. So I responded AGAIN (this was my 6th attempt at contact). They wrote me back this time stating that they didn't receive any of my previous emails.

I sent them a screenshot of the entire thread along with re-forwarding the email.

4 days later after no response I asked how they were going to make it right and if I could please get the shirt I paid for sent to the correct address- they refused saying that I had not provided them with enough information and AGAIN needed to re-forward them the thread.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I cannot say how disappointed I am and would strongly encourage anyone to not patronize such a terrible company.

This company sucks. I should have known better when there wasn't a Google page to leave reviews, nor any way to direct contact them (they have an 800# they NEVER answer) and an email address (they also NEVER answer). Frankly, I should probably be grateful we even got the damn shirts. If you want ANY kind of customer service, you won't get it here. Buyer beware.
