Last Summer we had a doorstep approach from a Homesure representative to supply new windows.
I decided to give them the opportunity to quote me for replacement of two windows which were in very poor condition. Expertly guided through the selection process we came up with suitable type/style of windows and agreed a price.
After the windows had been made, installation was booked. The windows and fitting team arrived on the allotted day. They quickly and effectively installed both windows leaving them and the house in a very pleasing state.
Our new windows looked so good and made such an improvement to our environment that I was moved to having more replaced.
A large bay window, two smaller windows and a broken pane in our conservatory were estimated, surveyed and installed a couple of months later at the end of March. Again a job very, very well done.
Now faced with good looking windows beside some remaining aged windows and doors we went for replacement of three doors and six windows.
The same process, ie. estimation, survey, installation and final inspection produced an excellent job.
All the way through each part of the work we have been kept fully informed of progress being made towards proposed installation dates.
All team members have been courteous and ensured that everything was accurately measured, ordered, supplied and installed.
I can’t praise them enough.

The initial salesman when he visited was polite, helpful and not more 'pushy' than such as job requires, as were the surveyors who followed up on itemising the work that would be necessary to replace seven of our ageing window-frames and install new ones.
Two technicians - Duncan and Julian - came on time on the appointed day and second day of installation. They patiently and quietly removed the old fittings and then installed the carefully measured and manufactured new ones, with a minimum of noise, dust and debris when drilling and hammering.
The men also helped us senior citizens by themsleves carefully removing and later replacing several heavy items of our domestic and office furniture.
My wife and I thoroughly recomment Homesure.

The men who came were brilliant , I believe they were Duncan & Julian . They were so professional, and coped with a never ending queue of visitors who decided to come on the day we were having new doors fitted. !
They even managed to remove my over 100 year old stained glass window intact so I can use it as a garden feature .
They tidied up afterwards. Apart from the cracking new doors you wldnt know if had any work done.
Homesure absolutely brilliant kept me informed all the way. We weren’t hassled into having the door replaced n from first appt to fitting they’ve been marvellous.
The quality is good & I know time will tell , I live 5 mins from the North Sea , so if they can stand up to that during the winter they can stand anything.
The replication of the stained glass window is superb ,

The guys from start to finish were great, no detail left out, constant communication and updates throughout the process.
The fitters were spectacular, professional and quick. The quality of work speaks for itself and they was very tidy while carrying out the work.

Catherine their salesperson was very polite. She explained everything and showed how the windows worked. She told me she hadn’t long started demonstrating and selling.Nathan and Jamie arrived on time and started work straight away. I was well impressed with their work ethic.They just got on with it. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete putting three windows and a front door in the day. I am very pleased with their work ethic completed job and would be Happy to recommend them.

From the first home visit from the two young agents who expertly and enthusiastically took us through who Homesure are and what they do, the phone conversations and the fitters, I cannot fault this company, everyone involved were a pleasure to deal with. Service throughout was excellent with special mention to Andrew and Aaron, our pair of smashing fitters, both good company, fast but diligent, tidying up as they went along.

I must admit that my initial thought was that the windows were quite expensive but now I have them installed I’m really impressed with the quality and realise that they are worth it, and may I add very sound proof.The fitters were brilliant they worked none stop till the 6 windows were installed, left no mess and were very polite. Nathan and Jamie installed my windows professionally and diligently, paying attention to every detail. Despite the hard task of replacing windows on a newly rendered house, their expertise was clearly seen in no damage to the render. They both worked from very early until late to complete the installation for me, without ever seeming to take a break, despite my insistence! It was a real pleasure to have professionals who take pride in their work, completing my installation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had eight windows replaced, four upstairs and four downstairs; also, new fascia, soffit and guttering at the front and some new fascia and guttering for the flat roof extension at the rear.
I'm very happy with the standard of work carried out and the professionalism of the fitters; everything was done meticulously and skillfully.
The company always let me know when the fitters were coming, well in advance. There was flexibility on both sides, for times when dates had to be rearranged. They rang me regularly to make sure I was happy with the work in progress. I can't fault the work in any way.
The quote was adhered to exactly, with no additional add-ons. I can recommend this company as reliable and trustworthy.

Sales technique a bit pushy. However the work was done on the agreed dates by hardworking men, and I am very pleased with the results. The house looks very smart.

Homesure replaced old wood soffits on our ground-floor extension with new gutters and soffits. We think it looks really nice. Everyone we dealt with, including their initial visit to discuss our needs, the surveyor and the team of two who carried out the fitting, not to mention office staff over the phone, were friendly and helpful. There wasn't a spot of rubbish left behind. Can't comment on comparale prices but we were happy with what we were charged.

We have just had all our windows replaced the finish was fist class very impressed. The after care is excellent nothing is to much trouble. And would highly recommend this company.
