I am working with an Advisor called Graham Tyrell. From the start of this journey he has been there for me. Guiding me, supporting me, answering my endless questions in a kind and understanding way. He visited my home so my children could attend the consultation meeting and explained everything to us in a way we could understand how this process works. After mulling over the idea of Equity Release for a couple of years, we finally decided to speak to an Adviser. Honestly, we now wonder why we were so worried! From November 2024 through to February 2025, Justin Was an absolute delight. He talked us through our endless questions & fears, he was patient & so knowledgeable & kept it in simple terms, never complicated. We were never rushed or pushed, he was not simply trying to sell the idea, he was genuine & caring & he helped us sail effortlessly through what we thought would be a very complicated process.
