Do not trust this provider to provide your products. I recently tried to purchase an item and discovered the item was not available. This can happen and asked if their site represented only items in stock and was told it does. Then requested an alternative and discovered the same excuse, not in stock. This happened another time. Finally, I requested a simple list of what was available and after many repeated requests still did not receive a response. I requested a refund and was informed I would receive a confirmation of the processed refund. After a long wait, still nothing received and chased them again for an answer and today was told refunds take 50-60 days as per their policy.

This is a business deliberately using client monies for their own use knowing full well they cannot fulfil requests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

fake perfumes, worst quality, smell is bad, bottle quality is bad takes 20+ days to deliver.

Never buy from 7/24 Perfumes. They sell fake products and not Testers as they mention.

FAKE PERFUME, NO ALLOCATIG PHONE NUMBERS, I CALLED THE POLICE AS NOT ACCEPTING REFUNDS

I ordered and some items were missing from my shipment. Tw of the bottles are badly damaged. Now they tell me I have to wait 65 days to get a refund. This is such a scam. They sell cheap fake perfume and then give you such bad service. Quick to take your money but you struggle to get any service of response from them. Avoid at all costs!!!

Received the items, it was not at all as they said. They are not testers in anyway the boxes they came in were cheap copies, they labels are even put on the bottles correctly and the perfumes do not smell even close to the original. I emailed their support to get an explanation they email me back with a generic email stating that the "original testers imported from the main manufacturer, the only difference is that some perfumes come with its unoriginal cap and in a white plain box that specified for the tester".
I have sent multiple emails for them on how to return their products, they have not responded.

I purchased two perfumes and when i received these perfumes these are 100% fake and cheap perfumes, please don't waste your money they are big cheaters and gamblers. I have already launched a complaint in consumer court Dubai as well in Dubai Police as cybercrime as they are selling fake products

These perfumes are not Original tester as they mentioned. I have Ordered from Qatar total 3 Perfumes. Smell last only 1 hour. Some perfumes smell are same some are Different. But smell will be less than 1 hour. These all perfumes are Cheap Copy.Don't waste money on these perfumes.

I will just ask my bank to return money into account and investigate the case. It is so shocking to know how many scammers are in the 2020.. everyone takes advantage of people.
The products are fake and they don't even return the money for other 3 bottles that they did not deliver...

Somehow I blame also myself that how is possible that perfume cost 350 USD original, and someone is selling it for 30 USD. Logically it is already a big message...

This is a complete and utter rip off ...do NOT buy from these people ..they should be shut down for fraud. The perfumes are fake and tale months to arrive . My spray bottle dint work from day one . Shocking service and fake product.

SCAM don't buy here. I lost 400 aed! all products are fake. not testers. I compared them with the regulars I buy. Nothing to do. packaging different, premiums smell horrible. I contacted them. They are not in UAE, so no possible complaint to the authorities.

the worst ever experience of getting perfumes form this platform. I have ordering perfumes and other stuff online but never i got cheated. I had ordered TOM ford perfume and it took nearly 2 month for me to receive the same. I totally understand due to the outbreak of COVID the delay was there but theses guys never bothered to update me it was me in the first place to ask them and follow up with them constantly and when the product arrived i was literally shocked to see the perfume. The bottle is a sick old bottle where they pasted a duplicate sticker of TOM FORD and the perfume is some local stuff. sad to know this. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone. Its my humble request to beware of 724 perfumes.

Perfum are fake !! They claim that it tester , I text them and they didn’t reply, I post in the instagram and they block me !

Fake perfumes not worth 10$ thry sell them for 100$
